Sri Lanka announce Test squad against Pakistan

The first Test will start from July 16 in Galle
Sri Lanka's Test squad - SLCSri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced 16-member Test squad for two-match series against Pakistan, starting on July 16 in Galle. The announced squad will be led by Dimuth Karunaratne. The list of other players include Nishan Madushka, Kusal Mendis, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal, Dhananjaya De Silva (vc), Pathum Nissanka, Sadeera Samarawickrama, Kamindu Mendis, Ramesh Mendis, Prabath Jayasuriya, Praveen Jayawickrama, Kasun Rajitha, Dilshan Madushanka, Vishwa Fernando, Laksitha Manasinghe. The squad has been announced after the approval from he country's sports minister. Currently, the Pakistan team is in Galle for playing the first Test. They played a warm-up game against Sri Lanka President's XI in Hambantota. The match ended in a draw with Pakistan's solid performance in both batting and bowling.
